   • If you selected the Employers option, you will need to enter your First Name, Last Name, Group Number, Email Address, User Name, Password, Verify Password, and Challenge Questions in the relevant fields on the next screen, and then press the Submit Registration.
   • If you selected the Producer option, you will need to enter your First Name, Last Name, Broker Name, District Office Location, Email Address, Requested Username, Requested Password, and Challenge Questions in the relevant fields on the next screen, and then press the Submit Registration.
